Sheri Saunders, Technical Writer / Operations SME
Sheri has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas energy sector with Marathon. During those years she served in maintenance engineering, project engineering, technical writing / procedure writing and operations supervision. She holds a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
Scott Jefferson, Planner / Scheduler / Construction Manager
Scott has more than 25 years in the oil and gas energy sector working for major engineering firms, as well as in contract roles for major operators. His expertise lies in the areas of project scheduling, project controls, estimating and construction management. Scott has also worked in the utility sector of energy in a supervisory role with scheduling and construction.
Kelly Stewart, Management Consultant
Kelly has more than 20 years of management experience within the energy, telecommunications, environmental, government, and non-profit sectors. She excels in making projects and problems understandable by facilitating step-by-step solutions with a focus on people, profitability, and sustainable efficiencies. Kelly has worked with clients in various disciplines, including information technology, project controls, operations, billing, and service delivery. She specializes in leading teams to create strategic plans, budgets, Request For Proposal (RFP) responses, service level agreements, key performance indicators, project management guidelines, cost controls, and updating management procedures. Kelly is currently the President of the board for a local Habitat for Humanity affiliate and President Nominee for The Rotary Club of Russellville, AR. She holds a BS in Chemistry and Mathematics.
Amy Stoodt, Owner / Principal
After working for more than 25 years in the Oil & Gas sector, I decided to start my own company, Lean-to Consulting, LLC, in the fall of 2014. My objective, to provide value and expertise across industry versus within one organization, leveraging that quarter century of experience. I have a keen focus on the details in order to achieve desired results. I have developed tools and processes that are universal across many industries.
Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to work for fully integrated operating companies, engineering firms and pipeline operating companies with unique design and operational challenges in Alaska and the US Gulf Coast. I have been able to build and apply expertise in pipeline and pipeline facility operations, including petroleum measurement. In addition, I have had the unique challenge of successfully managing projects with a total installed cost in excess of a billion dollars. However, likely my greatest contributions to the companies I worked for was as an internal consultant, leveraging my skills in facilitation, process improvement, management of change and overall operational excellence. I hold a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, a Masters degree in Business Administration. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
